If you are interested in commissioning me, please read this before sending an offer, since you will be agreeing to these terms.
I am open to negotiations and changes to these terms, however any new conditions must be discussed with me before hand.
If you have any questions, no matter how silly you may think they are, please do not hesitate to ask them! I'd be happy to help!

Note: All characters must be owned by you or you must have the consent of the character's owner to purchase art of them. I will only draw characters from tv series & licensed anime under unpaid requests.

I have the right to deny accepting a commission for any reason I see fit. If I do not want to draw something for you, I will not draw it.
work process
progress
I am the kind of person to do everything in one sitting. If you would like me to send you a sketch before I start comitting to a piece please let me know. If it is a big piece and you want a progress report from me, also let me know! I am comfortable with recording or streaming my process if that is something you want me to do.
deadlines
Deadlines given by the commissioner help me stay motivated because I can properly block out the hours I need to spend on your artwork.
If you have a specific deadline for me to complete a work be upfront about it. If you want something a day before christmas to be completed on christmas, I will probably say no to that! I want to give every commission the time they deserve and the quality you paid for.
I also have a life outside of art and I will not be working on commissions 24/7. Please understand that if you see me doing something else. Even if I'm working on commissions they may not be yours if other people have paid me!
what i need from you
Details! Details are the most important thing you can give to me. It is hard for me to stay interested in a piece if I have no clear direction from you.
You can give me the information I need in a variety of ways, the more you give me the better.
I accept:
referencespinterest boardspicturesdescriptionspersonalities (this is extremely important for how I draw characters!)I want to know what atmosphere your character brings to the table. I want you to tell me everything you can about them, even if it doesn't seem important. This also applies to landscapes, backgrounds, anything you may want to pay me for!
If you want me to make edits towards the end because you left something out it may cost extra money! However, if I was the one who missed something there will be no charge, that was my mistake.
rights and ownership
Please ask any artist you are commissioning if you are paying for the total rights to the work you are buying!
When you buy a piece from me please state if you are buying it for personal use or to use for business purposes.
If you do not explain that you are buying it for your business I will assume you are buying it for personal use.
I do not allow my work to be resold or profitted off of.
You are free to repost my work, inform me if you do not want me to repost it on my own pages or linked back to.
If you do not inform me I retain the rights to repost it.
Please do not use it in merch or advertising purposes unless you are commissioning the design for your business.
The prices listed on this carrd are for personal use only, if you would like something for your business please discuss alternate prices with me.
payment & refunds
payment
I am very new to taking payments for my art!
I understand that my prices may be too low for my skill, however, I refuse to charge what my friends believe my work is worth because thats incredibly unaffordable and unrealistic.
I am very new to this , but, I am trying my best.
I will happily accept tips if you think my work deserves to be paid more, however PLEASE let me know you are sending me extra money on purpose, otherwise I will send the money back.
I take all commissions in USD. If your country's conversion rate to USD is too high to pay the normal commission, ask me about it so we can work something out.
I will send you an invoice via paypal
I've been told you don't need a paypal account to pay via paypal invoices but please correct me if I'm wrong.
I will take payment up front unless we have worked out an alternative payment plan.
refunds
If you are requesting a refund when I haven't started I will take up to 10% of whatever you paid for.
If I'm in the sketching phase I will take up to 25% of what you paid for.
If I am past the sketching phase and already invested in it i will take up to 50% of what you paid for.
All refund prices are negotiable.
If I am the one giving you a refund for any reason that isn't requested by you, you may have a total 100% refund. (All money back)
If you ask for a refund after recieving the completed artwork you will not recieve any money back. You cannot argue that you do not like the piece as I will allow you to request edits on the piece before it is fully paid off and supplied to you. You will be blacklisted from recieving art from me again in the future if you try this.
You may be charged extra depending on the complexity and stage of these edits. I will not make any edits after you have been sent the final piece and approved it. I will let you know before making an edit if it will cost an extra charge.
